The website provides general information and an introduction to available services. Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not by itself create a client, brokerage, agency, fiduciary, contractor, or consulting relationship. Services begin only under an applicable written agreement.

Real-estate services

Avery Miranda is affiliated with Compass RE Texas, LLC for real-estate brokerage services. Listings, transaction information, brokerage programs, and property-search features are maintained through Compass and other authorized real-estate sources. Property information should be independently verified and may change without notice. Brokerage fees are not set by law and are negotiable.

Staging and consulting services

Home-staging services are offered through Stagecraft Houston. Remodel-advisory and owner’s-representation services may support planning, priorities, finish selections, owner decisions, communication, budget visibility, and coordination. They do not include performing construction, directing construction means or methods, supervising job-site safety, issuing professional drawings, inspecting work for statutory or code compliance, obtaining permits as a licensed design professional or contractor, or guaranteeing project cost, schedule, workmanship, or outcome.

Owners remain responsible for final decisions and contracts. Licensed contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and other professionals remain responsible for their respective scopes. Clients may select any qualified service provider.

Planning estimates

Any repair or remodel calculator, range, allowance, or cost discussion is an early planning tool—not a bid, quote, appraisal, guarantee, or substitute for property-specific professional evaluation. Actual costs vary with existing conditions, design, materials, labor, availability, permits, taxes, professional fees, and project scope.

Testimonials and projects

Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. Project images and examples are illustrative of the work or context identified and do not promise a particular sale price, timeline, return, or construction result.
