Avery Miranda

A lifelong Houstonian with generations of real-estate experience in her family, Avery works at the intersection of property, presentation, and project delivery.

As a REALTOR®, home stager, remodel advisor, and owner’s representative, she can see the whole picture: how a property may compete in its market, how it should be presented, what is worth changing, and how to keep the people and decisions around a project moving. Her approach is personal and practical—listen closely, explain clearly, and build a strategy around how each client actually wants to live.

Before entering real estate, Avery worked in marketing and fundraising in the nonprofit sector. That experience sharpened her ability to understand an audience, tell a compelling story, and build trust around a shared goal. Today, she brings that marketing lens to every listing and client project—positioning homes thoughtfully, communicating their value clearly, and creating presentation strategies designed to connect with the right buyers.

Avery combines the reach and technology of Compass with the market-minded design expertise of Stagecraft Houston. A graduate of Sewanee—The University of the South, she serves clients in English and some Portuguese. Away from work, she is usually with her family, reimagining a room, or cooking something ambitious in the kitchen.
